Practical Ideas for Happier Living consists of 2-session workshops to promote mental wellbeing in local communities, developed by Action for Happiness.
The overall course aims are to enable you to show that there has been a positive impact on the mental wellbeing of participants after completion of the 2 workshops.
Working around the evidenced based 10 Keys for wellbeing these workshops will allow participants to up skill in 6 ‘healthier’ habits which have a direct impact on our happiness.

Exploring the Evidence based ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’
Our workshops have been designed to explore how we can adopt practical and easy ways of the ‘5 ways to Wellbeing’ to our everyday lives.
We also show how you can actively apply and promote these principles in different settings for people of all ages.
